Company Driver — Hotshot / Pickup Truck

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
• Clean criminal background
• Clean driving record with no serious traffic violations
• Responsible and professional attitude
• Must stay in regular communication with dispatch
• Must properly inspect, maintain, and take care of company equipment
• Ability to stay on the road 4 weeks at a time, followed by 1 week home

Pay

💰 Guaranteed weekly gross: $7,000+

💰 Average weekly gross for our drivers: approximately $9,000

At a $9,000 weekly gross, 30% = approximately $2,700/week before deductions.

Deposit

A $2,500 security deposit is required and collected gradually at $250 per week until the full amount is reached.

Weekly deduction

• Occupational Accident Insurance — $45/week

Equipment responsibility

The driver is expected to take proper care of the pickup truck, trailer, tires, and all company equipment.

If a tire is damaged or punctured and it is determined that the damage resulted from the driver’s negligence or actions, the cost of the tire repair or replacement will be the driver’s responsibility.

What we expect from our drivers

• Stay in constant communication with dispatch
• Follow dispatch instructions and provide timely updates
• Perform regular pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Monitor tires, fluids, brakes, lights, and overall equipment condition
• Immediately report mechanical issues or damage
• Keep the truck and trailer clean and in good condition
• Handle company equipment responsibly
• Maintain professional communication with customers, brokers, dispatchers, and company management
• Deliver loads safely and on time

We are looking for drivers who want consistent work, strong weekly gross, reliable dispatch, and a long-term position with the company.

Schedule: 4 weeks on the road / 1 week home.
